The Rothco Spec Ops Tactical Fleece Jacket is designed with many of the same features on our Spec Ops Soft Shell Jacket; 2 4" x 4" shoulder panels for hook & loop patches, 2 shoulder pockets (perfect for fitting a cell phone), and mandarin collar. The Spec Ops Fleece Jacket also has a zippered pocket on the left chest, foldout cuffs with thumb-holes, 2 front zipper slash pockets, and is made of a heavy weight 100% polyester fleece with tricot lining. The Spec Ops Fleece Jacket is the perfect tactical Fall/Winter jacket.
